Kartveli2 please dont take us for fools.With satellite and internet, we can get all the news arround the world including BBC.
Your troops were indiscriminatly shelling the Ossetian City with Grad rockets which are for carpet bombing and therefore did not care who it killed.Then when they entered the town, they attacked civilian apartment even when there was no military activity there.They attacked cars and transports that were heading north to Russia obviously they were not military.Source BBC.

Georgia did not bring anyone under the internation courts.Sorry dont know where you get your source from but rest of us know.
You military boss was fired for the poor conduct of the war against the Russian army and not for human rights abuse.
he only cases in Hague over the war is the hundreds forwarded by the South Ossetian individuals against Georgia.The Case forwarded by Georgia against Russia was dismissed as you know.

As for the Russian troops that were there before the war,lets me tell you that we all know that they were placed there as per Sochi treaty.The peacekeeping force consisted of also Ossetian and Georgian units.The same Georgian units that killed their fellow peacekeepers when the war started.For that alone,if it happened to our troops or the American,we would have bombed Tibilis.
What more the Peacekeepers had an UN mandate which was renewed even early this year.
Its too late we all now know.

Remember the shooting near the Georgian and Polish Presidents motorcade?
The Polish Security detail at that time are claiming the Georgians staged the whole affair.
First they place the bus of Journalists in front of the line of cars which was odd as usually they are behind the convoy.Then when the shooting started Saakashvili was smiling and his bodyguards did not react.
So how can we take seriously anything that crazy guy says?

I only follow opposition news. Just getting informative how my enemy side perceive the situation and how much they're lying. So that when a person like "XShevaX" comes and starts talking I will at least have an idea what his talking about. I don't really watch BBC though because of my location, But yes, BBC is more neutral.
The certain war crimes, of course are clearly made by both sides and I have nothing against it. When the war blows up soldiers can't recognize what their doing and thats it.

And yes, Georgian government brought many of the generals in front of international justice as the accusation of inappropriate military operations but it is not as significant as what Russians did with the order of government, Directly!
Also when we started war, we can prove that Tschinvali was surrounded by hundreds of Russian soldiers and mediators. Who clearly were mobilized to attack Georgian side. But we were first! Positionally we won the war and thats how we survived of full occupation.

And this guy, who's talking right here, has not talked this much live, on Rustavi2 for millenniums. Politicians often called him "silent politician" as the nick name. But one beautiful day he started talking rapidly on sharply on Russia's position. Tell me who he really is?
